Emotional Vibrational Frequency​

Many of us are not living our best lives right now. You may ask yourself, am I living up to my potential? Am I the best version of myself? Could I be happier? You have the power to change your reality. You need to raise your vibration to match the vibration of what you want to attract. 

All matter in the universe is vibrating including you. You have a physical body and you have an astral body. This theory was first posited by Plato. He wrote about the astral body extensively in his philosophical works. The Christian Bible also mentions a spiritual body numerous times. The Apostle Paul said, 

“There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body” ―First Corinthians (15:44)

Christian artists depicted Jesus and other important Christian figures as surrounded by coronas of light. The Vedic scriptures and teachings of the Rosicrucians, Tibetan Buddhists, and many Native American tribes describe the human energy field in Astral Body,Human energy body, aura, chakra, energy fielddetail. Even Pythagoras discussed the field as a radiating luminous body.  According to both ancient Egyptian, Hindu and Kabbalist traditions, there are seven to ten different bodies within the auric field glowing with different colors. All of the ancient traditions claim the auric field radiates in prismatic colors, “from 6-18 inches outside of the physical body. 

Some psychics claim to be able to feel or even see auras. It has never been scientifically proven how or if psychics can actually sense these fields. However, tangible evidence of a prismatic energy field surrounding the body was first captured in 1939 with Kirlian photography. This method of photography reveals a coronal discharge glow presenting with a colored halo at the edges of people when they are subjected to a high-voltage electrical field.

Kirlian Photography Leaf AuraThese discharges show up as colors which indicate the auric field, also known as the life force or energy field. The science of Kirlian photography was validated when a torn leaf showed a coronal discharge revealing the leaf to still be intact. The leaf’s aura remained as if it were still an intact leaf. The gradual withering of the leaf also corresponded with a decline in the strength of the aura. 

Astral Dynamics​

Your astral body is vibrating at different hertz frequencies throughout the day depending on your emotions.

It is your choice how you resonate with this energy. When you match the frequency of the reality you want, you tend to attract that reality. If you want to direct your life in a positive way you must first change your vibration. Your vibration is a combination of how you think, feel and act. You attract the things that are equal to your vibration.

When you identify with your negative emotions you resonate in a low vibration. These low energy emotions such as feeling that you are a victim, comparing yourself to others, worrying about what people think, feeling shame or embarrassment, and engaging in arguments can cause you to feel blocked. The lower your frequency, the denser your energy, and the heavier your problems feel. Everything becomes harder

Let go of negative patterns that are blocking you. Many of us are operating on autopilot, completely disengaged from the present. We feel the same emotions over and over, not truly understanding where they are coming from. Years of negative emotional baggage create vibrations that have attached to us without even knowing it. These vibrations have created trapped energies.

How to Increase Your Energy Frequency

Most people are stuck in the lower frequencies of vibration. They are suffering or just getting by. Don’t try to make your negative thoughts go away or control them. Observe your thoughts from a neutral place. Accept these thoughts. You are not your thoughts and you are not your body. You may think thoughts, but they are not who you are. You can let go of the layers of your energy field that no longer serve you. Allow your feelings to come up and consciously be with them, and then they will dissipate.  See the Spiritual Healing section of Toward Wholeness for more on this. 

 Your outer reality is a reflection of your inner reality. Fill your mind with the things you want to resonate with. 

  • Be conscious of your environment. Be aware of negative environments and people. 
  • Refrain from judgment and be mindful of your thoughts.
  • Listen to soothing music.
  • Practice meditation.
  • Have fun. Fill your life with laughter.
  • Be grateful and stop complaining.
  • Stop criticizing yourself. Love every aspect of yourself. 
  • Eat more live whole foods. Don’t put manufactured processed foods into your body. 
  • Observe your thoughts. Don’t attach emotions to them and let them go.

When you fill your mind with these positive things and change how you think, feel and act you will begin to resonate at a higher frequency. When you raise your vibration you become the best version of yourself. You will live a more positive, meaningful life and you can also help others do the same, and ultimately help lead humanity to a more positive place. You are an integral, non-separate part of the universe, and your vibrational frequency affects the entire universe. 

How Your Emotional Frequency Can Physically Change You

Repeated studies reveal that water molecules transform simply from someone purposely putting intention or emotions into them. Scientist Masaru Emoto conducted the first water molecule experiments in 1999, proving that human consciousness influences the molecular structure of water. Emoto theorized that water is a “blueprint for our reality” and that emotional energies and vibrations can change the physical structure of water. 

The experiments consisted of exposing water in glasses to different words, pictures, or music and then freezing and examining the resulting crystals with microscopic photography. The water that was exposed to positive thoughts, sounds and images resulted in visually “pleasing” crystals being formed, and the water exposed to negative intentions after being frozen would yield “ugly” frozen crystal formations. Approximately 60% of your body consists of water. Emoto’s water experiments demonstrate that your intentions can have a physical impact on your body.

Evolve Your Brain

Dr. Joe Dispenza says it is possible to “tune in to frequencies beyond our material world and receive more orderly coherent streams of consciousness and energy.  We can intentionally change our brain chemistry to initiate profoundly mystical transcendental experiences. Dispenza says, “Because emotions are energy in motion, if every day your negative feelings and emotions are creating the same energy you use to react to your same problem, then that energy produces a signal in the quantum field. If that signal you are creating is from an incoherent brain and heart, then you are producing an energetic frequency that is carrying thoughts which no longer have coherence or syntropy—they have entropy—which means they have less power and less effect over our three-dimensional reality. It’s simply a weaker signal. The same way you think and feel about the problem actually keeps recreating the same problem” 

How to Meditate

Quiet Your Mind 

Lie down, close your eyes and take long slow deep breaths. When you practice mindful breathing it makes it easier to quiet your mind. Become more observant of your thoughts. Don’t try to suppress your thoughts, simply surpass them by refocusing on your breathing. Realize that they are just thoughts, and let them go. You don’t have to have an emotional attachment to them. If you find yourself thinking thoughts, say a mantra to yourself, ‘thinking, thinking, thinking…’ This will help to empty your mind. Using the word “thinking” allows you to identify when your thoughts arise and accept them. Conversely, if you were to say the word “quiet” as your mantra that would put you in a state of striving as opposed to acceptance. 

When you empty your mind you virtually become no body, no one, no thing, no where, in no time. Dr. Joe Dispenza calls this process, “getting beyond your known self”. You are pure consciousness in the eternal now. When you are in this state you are opening the door to the quantum (unified) field where all possibilities exist. You will vibrate at a very high level allowing you to be in greater harmony with your body and your environment. Your life will be in a state of flow leading to greater personal power and better physical health. 

Bubble Meditation Technique

Bubble Meditation TechniqueOnce you have quieted your mind, start to feel the emotions of what your future self might feel like. Visualize what your future self is doing. What does your energy feel like? Now think about any possible obstacles to this future as if they are in a bubble just outside of you. Let go of any emotions you may have about this obstacle. You can now push this bubble away; let go of the obstacle. This will give you a sense of freedom you have never felt before, making you feel that anything is possible.

Letting Go

Let go of thoughts and emotions that don’t serve you. Let go of the things that hold your vibration down. The key to transcendence is letting go. It is one of the most powerful ways to raise your vibration. This is because as we let go of the outcome, identifying with thoughts, we release resistance, thus allowing our vibration to resonate higher. Let go of what people think, let go of identifying with your thoughts, let go of the outcome, and let go of having to figure life out. 

Allow things to be as they are.  You can still have an intention to expand and to accomplish more, just do it from the energy of knowing it’s about the process, and the more you allow things to just be, the more resistance goes away, and the more you then resonate with what you want in a powerful way. It’s all about resonance and the key is your vibration. Let go and allow. It can be as easy as you let it.
